The BFG Dream Jar Trail

The BFG Dream Jar Trail is a trail of dream jar sculptures created by artists and celebrities. The jar were bought together by visitlondon and Unilever as well as the sponsors. There are in total 50 sculptures with 46 placed in London and 4 outside London. The trail was created in celebration of Roald Dahl’s 100th birthday and the release of The BFG film. Auction sales of the Dream Jar sculptures all goes towards charity Save the Children. The trail ran from 9 July – 31 August 2016.

The BFG Dream Jars were created using technology specialists 3D Eye. The models were first created 3D and then miniature versions were created. Then they were assembled fully to create the full sized jars.

Remembrance Art Trail

Remembrance Art Trail is a trail at Canary Wharf from Tuesday 1 – Sunday 13 November 2016 and is the first UK Remembrance art trail. It was created by Mark Humphrey, in association with the Royal British Legion. The construction was assisted with help from the Corps of Royal Engineers. On Armistice Day, a 2 minute silence at 5 locations of the artworks. There are 7 sculptures in total in the trail:

4. Fallen Soldier – Reuters Plaza
